Offering Telehealth Sessions in Connecticut, Virginia & Washington, DC

About us

Therapy that’s clear, practical, and human

Within Reach Therapy offers thoughtful, evidence-informed therapy for individuals who want to feel steadier, more connected, and more like themselves.

Our work is client-centered and collaborative. We’ll take time to understand what you’ve been carrying, what you want to be different, and what support feels most helpful right now. Sessions are paced with care — practical when you want tools, reflective when you need space, and always grounded in respect.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, financial stress, relationship patterns, or a major life transition, we focus on helping you build insight and skills you can actually use outside of session. The goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more supported in your life.

When I first meet with new folks, I often refer to the pillars of life: what we lean on when life gets challenging. Usually, those pillars can include family, friendships, work or school, and romantic relationships. One of the most important pillars is the fun stuff: things that really recharge our batteries. Full disclosure - mine is Star Wars!
