Trauma Therapy
Trauma can leave you feeling on edge, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Trauma-informed therapy supports nervous system regulation, reduces overwhelm, and helps you feel more present - at a pace that respects your capacity. If PTSD symptoms are part of your experience, we’ll work with that gently and directly.
Safety and stabilization
We start by building safety - grounding skills, boundaries, and support - so you’re not pushing faster than your system can handle.
Nervous system regulation
Learn body-aware tools that reduce overwhelm, support sleep and focus, and help you come back to the present when you’re triggered.
Integration at your pace
When you’re ready, we’ll process what happened in a way that supports healing and reduces the intensity of memories and symptoms.
Schedule a Consultation
Send a message and we’ll follow up within 1–2 business days. If you’re not sure where to start, share what you’re hoping for and we’ll help you figure out next steps. Please note that we can only work with patients living in Connecticut, Virginia, or Washington DC.
If you are experiencing an emergency or may harm yourself or others, call 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.
